STRIDE - TERMS OF SERVICE

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with security mechanisms
• Upload malicious code

We may suspend accounts for violations.

6. Fees & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe.

• Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Taxes are your responsibility where applicable

Failure to pay may result in suspension.

7. Data Security

Stride implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Role-based access control
• Audit logging of governance events
• Secure infrastructure providers

However, no system is completely secure.

8. Confidentiality

We treat Customer Data as confidential and restrict internal access to authorized personnel only.

9. Intellectual Property

Stride retains all intellectual property rights in the Service.

You retain ownership of your Customer Data.

10. Termination

You may terminate at any time.

Upon termination:

• Access is revoked
