What you can configure in policy
Meeting events
- Logs meeting lifecycle transitions, presenter session start/end, and agenda state changes.
- Captures workflow actions like feedback requests, circulation, and attachment release.
- Tracks minutes submission and approval milestones for governance traceability.
Membership and approvals
- Logs invite creation, updates, removals, save-the-date sends, and final invite dispatch.
- Captures role assignments and attendee finalization handoff events.
- Tracks agenda/minutes approval events and related signer activity.
File events
- Logs file uploads and deletions for controlled document history.
- Logs file access and download events when enabled in policy.
- Includes signed minutes PDF and audit log download telemetry.
Retention and metadata
- Retention years define how long audit events are preserved.
- Default export format sets CSV/JSON/PDF summary preference.
- Requester metadata can include request path, method, request id, IP address, and user agent.
